The Skilled Labour Shortage has reached Critical Levels and West Air Management are responding to care for the industry that cares for us. We have skilled and experienced technical professionals with decades of experience to mentor, train and facilitate successful careers for all people and companies.  Employees have tremendous opportunities in an industry that is so in need of skilled workers and ongoing opportunities for skilled workers who can benefit from a community of mechanical professionals. Fundamentals of HVAC  - Our 12 week programs (4 semesters per year) get students ready for work and industry. We work closely with certified Alberta Post Secondary Schools and Industry Programs to prepare students for practicum and working and earning in Industry. We offer days, evenings and weekend training in class and in shop to compliment other training, certification, diploma and degree programs to dig deep into skills and experiences that will help students obtain employment opportunities. Approximately 80 per cent of an apprentice’s time is spent on the job under the supervision of a certified journeyperson or qualified tradesperson. The other 20 per cent involves technical training (Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training, 2019). 

In this course we explore these topics as they relate to Sheet Metal Design Manufacturing, Estimating and Installation. Sections can be taken as needed and can be done at an industry campus or arragements can be made to come to your facility.  We harness experts in industry coupled with our learning environment to deliver a great program for you.
